Default New to neighborhood... Pats problem

I was wondering if anyone can point me in direction to disable pats in north Houston area? I own a elm327 but having issues with Ford's and connecting laptop to it thru Bluetooth. I wiped out ecu trying to tune with old tuner so tried to buy ecu key and cluster (pats in cluster) but they lost key so I'm basically in same boat cuz can reset perimeter to reset pats. Any help would be GREATLY APPRECIATED

Hello. Welcome to the site.

What model & year vehicle?

I'm not familiar with any tuners in the Houston area, but Andy at Lone Star Performance in Addison disabled PATS (by my request) in my tune file when he dyno tuned my Procharged '03 GT. Prior to that I had a 2000 model Mustang GT, which I had American Muscle disable PATS in my tune file upon request because it disabled my car when the transceiver went bad. They just email you the updated tune file and you load into the tuner (SCT XCal2) and you're good to go.

Here's my thread on the issue I had with PATS that ultimately left me stranded and how I rectified it. Hope this helps.
